Yes, if they want the stock to appear that the ASK level is greater it will cause selling.. they
accumulate the buys and you don't see them on the BID.. really shady but legal.. clearly the
buys if posted in sequence would have taken out the sell orders and we would have exploded
North.. not sure why they wanted to keep it down unless they are giving other MM's time to
cover.. not sure..
