$HCTI Comex had already started placing orders and negotiating licensing rights starting just last fall. Comex is based out of Mexico City and has 7,000 employees and $1.4 billion in annual sales. Comex sells its products in the US, Mexico and South America and is the fourth largest paints and coatings manufacturer in North America with over 3,000 points of sale.
