I think the par value of a c share is $2 which translates to:
2 mil common shares at .0001
1 mil common shares at .0002
and so on...
i believe they can lower the par value at their discretion (per the Q) from $2 to whatever they want. So a par value of .10 (instead of $2) for example would knock down the common shares to:
100k at .0001
50k at .0002
essentially devaluing the c share value... i just dont think they can say exactly what they will change it to until the new Q for 1st quarrer 2014 is released
Does this sound right to everyone?
