It's a good question. I believe Jeff tried that and is not getting any traction. And the fact that he is trying to file a form 211 implies that isn't an did. It work. Meaning he has to start over.. But we are not string on back in the pinks with out a letter from the SEC and the fact that they don't just reinstate as you suggested also implies that they son admit mistakes to readily and therefore don't give out these letters all to readily either. All though I am sure many or most don't deserve a letter. Here's Hopi g logic and reason can win out. And that Jeff has satisfied them enough that issue such a letter and that they do it without to much effort from Jeff's legal team
I am bummed we are not getting news this week. Simply put I believe that is the wrong move... I also think selling via the wrong move. But many people don't think for themselves in penny stocks
