All excellent points. Normally I would agree with the usual sequence of events following a decline, followed buy larger amounts of accumulation, and those traders moving on when the stock price moves back into the original area that you are mentioned over the .003 level. This time around, though, a strong percentage of that accumulation has gone to the exact same individuals who have been accumulating from .004 all the way down into the mid .001s, probably close to 150 mil shares now.There will a few sellers along the way as always, but I have a feeling most will be holding as the moves and executions by management over the last three months has been very interesting including the recent engagement of the IB firm.
