i spoke with a securites company and they told me jeff can file a form 211 to get on the pinks bu that the FINRA will require a clearance letter from the SEC.....the SEC will say they dont give those out.....but they do.......it is just extremely rare......and require a lot of attorney pressure......

so the question is ...does jeff have this letter or can he get this letter and what is the time frame if he can........if he does have it ....the process of the 211 can take around 6 weeks but can be longer if the company drags its feet
