IMO, If Marty is squabbling over the 700K to meet the metric of 50% Q over Q (which Shaw says he's anal about) then it's nothing less then a very poor decision, particularly given the dilution he's somehow forced to undergo at this point. And my confidence is severely shaken. What could be next decision wise?
