PRECISELY the reason for saying JB/JBI jumped the gun building P2O processors and the NF plant BEFORE ENGIMEERING a P2O processor that actually HAD NO quirks that needed tweaking & could handle all manner of input materials like raggertail!

NYDEC sure did get fooled giving P2O processor(s) a tentative OK when it is clear that the ENGIMEERING still has an enormous amount of uncertainty surrounding whether it will EVER WORK safely & successfully!

OH WAIT... NYDEC really SCREWED UP BIG TIME & already gave permits... then fooled even more by the SAIC report, NYDEC DOUBLED DOWN on the original error without thoroughly examining proper engimeering testing. Seems to me that instead of merely having "the guy" who thought all this up... P2O needed a really good engimeer like "the big guy" to fingure this all out!
