Just read the 8Ks.  It will be a Vegas magic act if they can get audited financials completed and filed with the SEC by April 15th.  If they're late on a filing, then they may become a pink current company on the OTC.

Not good when two auditors bow out.  If this holds out as true, then the gross rev numbers might be completely unreliable that have been reported so far. 

Seems like Malone will file another document describing the issue in detail.  We'll just have to wait and see.
