So long as any IP was transferred only to Aventura Laboratories, Inc. and the agreement for AVNE to acquire Aventura Laboratories, Inc. is voided, the precious gold & gems are safe.  The adults left in the room need to simply rescind any K with Aventura Laboratories, Inc. End of story.
