The only people that are going to see the vault are the Health Canada inspectors. If you can't take their word for it then I suppose you won't believe any pictures that could be posted by Bill. Chill out. If there isn't the proper security there will be no license. Now how goofy do you consider Bill to be. You can have all the doubts you want but your reasoning makes zero sense.
