The more I look at this, the more inclined I am to speculate that GoldNApel transferred IP that GoldNApel (not BB) owns (as its creator) to AV Labs. This IP is solely and exclusively licensed to SK as it was before the transfer. None of the other scenarios seem to fit as well that one. For what reason they would have done that, who knows? Perhaps, BB could offer a comment regarding this idea.
