And it's going to send share prices of some small oil stocks that have leases in West Texas much, much higher in the coming years due to the enormity of the opportunity." So says a leading writer for an investment house in th US oil patch. Now, I am beginning to see why Treaty is implementing their current game plan. And this also may be why they are trying to secure more leases in West Texas. Perhaps they know something we investors don't know. Stay tuned. This could get interesting.
