I don't understand how AV can receive the rights to the intellectual property, but BBIO remains wholly owned by SKTO. How on earth does that work exactly? And did they mean to say SKTO is the licensor? Because it later says: "The announced agreement/transfer does not permit Aventura to license others to use this intellectual property." Which would make them a licensee.
