Steve, I've never bought into the whole 911 trade notion. However, it's been weird just how consistent it has been here. For the last 4-5 PR's, we have seen 911 trades in the hours just prior to the PR. I've seen it many times over the years, and I put very little merit in it. But it's kinda eerie how predictable it's been with ICPA.
