IMO the vault is not there yet. Just my opinion but I now think the open house was smoke and mirrors. Not bashing but I recall one of the design engineers talking about building #1 original plans were to never grow inside but used exclusively for distribution. (well I guess the vault could still be there)
My point is that I feel Bill wants to move forward with original plans and use building #1 for shipping and receiving and sorting..
I have 2 friends who work for the same company and they put up these steel buildings for a living. They have looked at the recent photos and they tell me with weather improving they can have the 58,000 square foot building up in just over 1 week. Outside shell of course but then inside work can be busted out quick too.
Just my 2 cents.
