Nothing really.  The last date on the shareholder equity page was incorrect.  Was April 30th, changed to July 31.  I still think MMG was the bigger issue.  nonetheless, Im hearing from little birdies that we are moving to audit and uplist "ASAP" and a new Form 211 to get back current.
