Yes. AVNE filed Articles of Amendment in Florida on 2/20/14 increasing their shares.  These were then filed with OTC.  Maybe when these were reviewed, they picked up on the incorrect PR and decided to halt trading given the appearance of fraud.  This has everything to do with AVNE and nothing to do with SKTO.
