I just received the following message from TD Ameritrade under the title "Account Funded":

We've received and processed your application. Please allow 24 hours for your account to become available online. Then you'll be able to log in using your UserID and password.
It looks like TD Ameritrade has certainly re-opened its platform to trading BLTA shares............
