My take is that AVNE was to acquire Aventura Laboratories, Inc which is a California corporation owned by iEquity.  It is Aventura Laboratories, Inc. who allegedly "owns" the BB property.  If the transaction is voided due to the SEC suspension of AVNE, then AVNE is dust in the wind and Benz makes sure BB is still owned by SKTO.  If there was actually any type of transfer, such contract would be rescinded.  I'm not sure there was any such transfer.  Greed and avarice and the bad karma that follows have no place in our story.
