Could be someone with deep pockets who might of had twice that amount and sold the other half on the the run to .039 and held the remainder to see if we'd have a sustained run during the week. Seeing we are still basing around .03 they may have just lost patience with waiting if they are a quick flip swing trader. I have been doing this lately on a smaller scale with OTC stocks. If I get a run I sell 75% for a profit and hold the the rest as "free" shares. If I am wrong on one then I try to just break even and get out entirely. Just speculating here.
