HALO....I'm not sure but I'm thinking the HALO system allows not only faster collections but a higher settlement (higher margins) for SPIN.  It also makes them more attractive to potential financing and potential new affiliate partners.

Perhaps some licensing on the side as well, I don't know.

As for the Q I expect record collections, sequential sales up significantly as a percentage, and a nice net income reported.  Maybe .02 to .03 EPS?  Then Q4 .05+ IMO
