Your comment made me laugh. I took a GoogleEarth trip all the way around the property yesterday and it looks like the Canadian Power Company will most likely have to do some upgrades to the power grid before the entire 10 acre site has been completely built out.

One additional thought, when Bill made mention about going down two-three levels in the ground it got me to thinking. With the winters as cold as they are up there, it should be seriously considered for building three through complete build out. The below ground area would be much easier to heat and secure than an above ground structure.
