Well imo this is just calm before the storm.Patience is the key word....Take a look on  Technical Analysis...We can see that for period of year to date  Moving Average  is 0.0006... When we put price change in % we have UP by green colored  +200.00% based on the avg volume of incredible 13,653,036...So I'm pretty sure that AGIJ will break out soon.
