That's right. The kubacak lease. The one Treaty was supposed to drill 13 wells on but when Treaty pissed him off with some bad deals he decided to drill the lease himself.
So how is this good news? Treaty got shut out again.
looks like Treaty dead in the water in Texas just as they are in Belize.
