I feel confident that luck has intervened on our behalf. The SEC suspension has surely voided any agreement for AVNE to acquire anything.  Now we can move forward with our great plans and leave these unsavory characters in the dust.  It stinks that this happened on what should have been an exciting day for us.  However, in the big scheme of things, we've dodged a bullet.  All will be well as soon as the dust settles.
