As I stated you were banned for using multiple IP addresses. However, you are correct in that you were informed you were banned for "Repeated insults and posting misinformation (lies) about the company." Which, in actuality, is in addition to the multiple IP's, some of which caused a trigger because they are included on blacklists. It matters not where you use your computer. If the IP address has been blacklisted the IP address has been blacklisted. As noted, we are well within our rights to safeguard the forum in such a way that suspect IP addresses cannot access the forum.
You publicly admitted to being the CFO of another public company. Are you running your business from a blacklisted library?

There was no dilution required to satisfy the terms of the GCM merger; GCM were issued preferred B shares as well as RESTRICTED common stock. Common stock that was issued after follow-up negotiations. Again, these shares are RESTRICTED Once again, there was no dilution. Yet, you continued to insist there was dilution and had absolutely nothing to back up your claim.

thank you for confirming that we didn't acquire go charts by issuing shares of PVEC for them. i have dealt with a couple of e-mails/pms that the merger was bad because it issued shares for go charts. i stated you guys are smart & wouldn't do that with us @ .0002.

It is unfortunate that members of a company must defend themselves on forums against the lies and misinformation posted by people with an agenda. It is a necessary evil however. And so long as the general public of PVEI is vulnerable to these unwarranted attacks, I will communicate with them via this forum and any other way that I am able as I am able. It is one of the many, many things I do for PVEI.
