Phil, when you say above 4 would it be 5 number a little more higher? I mean i thought we waited for 3's then 4's would have the shorts running to cover thus a break out. Just curious. I am just so eager to the posts on IHub when BCAP breaks out and I have a blood rush! LOL Guess they will just disappear.
