Depends on if it runs on news or not in my opinion.
I HATE saying numbers because who really knows, plus
there are a few things that could be going on.
The timeframe of the run?
I think within weeks.
Like within ten days if someone runs this before anything real. That would be like .003 to .0008
If it happens after the name change? Should pop and then dip and then run again. Like .007 to .002 and then to .015 FAST
If the name change is combined with news of a lowered share structure or profits from something (hopefully airports) it could pop to 2¢+ easy
