$4 a share in a few months? That is a bit pie in the sky. He can't uplist directly to the NYSE, he would have to move to a BB or something, it just isn't possible in the time frame you have there. There needs to be income before a buyback can happen, that will be after some growing happens. $4 a share before a buyback would put the market cap and 14billion, let's be a little reasonable, that isn't going to happen by May and a buyback requires considerable capital, which they won't have until at least 6 months to a year of growing.
Once they get the license and growing starts, I could see us hitting a buck pretty easily. But then think about the capital that would be required to buy back a reasonable amount of shares, it would be too much to try to buyback billions of shares before the money rolls in.
