The alleged transaction involved a transfer of rights to AVNE. These are valuable properties. AVNE stock should have run smartly given the market's fascination with new entrants into MMJ sector. Notably, it didn't. Instead, AVNE went down. That was a red flag of something amiss with AVNE and, quite likely, the alleged transaction.
