This manipulation has been going on for a couple of weeks now.  If you have L2, watch nite and etrf.  They did let it touch .0025 once. 

They will block the ask with several millions shares, load up, let it run 5 - 6 ticks, while selling, then work it down doing the same thing at lower prices. 

Someone told me they have deep pockets.  More than likely probably some of the regulars @ ihub!
