We are all just as confused as you are.

There is no news, nor any truly expected within the next few days.  However, I personally anticipate hearing something about the completion of training on or about or just a little after March 15th.

I think BLTA is settling in at .032 until the next major event..........Maybe a good sign....perhaps the latest shares have been bought AND HELD.....thus further reducing the float for when the real POP occurs...............
