Dunno, for sure just a gut feeling, but I've thought it since the plans were suddenly changed on the first bldg and then he went "Overseas" lol.....
HC needs MMJ in like 3 weeks!!!! I think we gotta punt the ball here for them, then build it all out to the plans and get things going long-term.
Makes sense because it helps HC (our BIG BFF) and it's instant revenue for financing the project and to go on the books. Also nice to help finance a buyback somewhere in the future. Nothing like making a profit from day one! I've done that with a bunch of businesses I've started and it'a a GREAT feeling!
