since there are only 20 million preferreds & a 175-1 dividend ratio that gives us an o/s of 3.5 billion shares. pvec has said for a while now that it would retire shares that were illegally converted & shrink the a/s once less shares were needed for collateral once the sp reached .002. we are still waiting. some believe (I do) that Kerry & co aren't stupid (even though recent activities like posting out here or there - I-scum - say otherwise unfortunately) and will use this perfect set-up to announce numerous items, one of which would be an o/s reduction. yeah cassie & co will state the a/s hasn't been reduced but it would still be significant imo.
