Bingo... I have thought the same thing for a while now... imo importing product is the wild card in this whole thing and may be a big part of the overall picture. At the very least to get it up and running.

I think the fence gets built, the first bldg gets fitted with a vault, security, tracking software and some level of processing capability. Then we get inspected and start importing a crap load, from maybe Israel who already grows world-class MMJ, and processing right away to help HC fill the gap that happens after the April 1 changes take effect.

But even afterwards, if you can legally import and export, why not import product, then process it and sell/export it in medicinal form? 

This is going to be an amazing journey.
