Filing a TOS report for a post can only by read by the iHub admins, not by the MMTC mods. So the MMTC board mods can also not intercept.
But if you request a review for your deleted post, your justification can be read and actioned by the mods (only restore though) , where the Ihub admins can restore but also deny your restore.
If your post contains some personal addressing, it will not be restored by the iHub admins.
They are sometimes just too intollerant and I questioned before if paying members are having more credit. No reply on that one though

His post about 81% accuracy for MIT 1000 has returned for some reason....
