Initial listing on real exchange (not slop-bucket, rat-infested OTC Pinks) requires, among other qualifications, minimum price per share of $2 or $3 for NasdaqCM, depending on the program. The NYSE-AMEX requires, among other qualifications, minimum $3 price per share. It will obviously take an R/S to meet the pps standard. So what? The merger and listing on a real stock exchange (OTCMarkets isn't a stock exchange; it's just a quotation system) gets SKTO out of OTC Pink Slime Land.
