Here's how it works. The initial station in this case KCBS TV will air it first because they own the footage. The story is uploaded to the satellite and alerts go out, then any of their subscribers in the media space can download the story from the satellite and air it. The only way we will know is after the fact when we get the media report back from the trackers. It costs about $5,000. to track coverage.
