On December 30th, 2012, Simon Hoyle was removed as "Manager of TORQ Communications,Llc, Salt Lake City" and Sofia Newsome was appointed Manager of TORQ at that time. Then Feb 13th 2013, Sofia signed the Article of Dissolution and submitted to the State of Utah. I spoke with Simon Hoyles office and he was the "Sales Manager at that time".
