lots of us here do; most of us are from Ihub but we're just a wee bit tired of all the BS going over there. As for Kmag? why wouldn't it trade on Monday the 10 day halt is finished and the stock resumes trading. there is no clarity as to actually why the pulled the co of the pinks. Nothing conclusive but Kmag's books were not cooked.  He is currently complying with SEC requirements for full audit over the last 2 years and Q3 audit. Along with this he plans on up listing within the remainder of the year.
