berd, you and I, along with others know that should KMAG meet SEC criteria and should they announce the name of an auditor and continue PRing guidance then it will no longer be our normal business as usual, but the next phase in the growth of the company.  I keep saying it over and over, like a broken record, the governing body who is investigating can be satisfied with the results of an investigation and exonerate a company.  It is then up to the company to make its way back, or simply allow the governing body to reverse and/or lift its injunction.  It may not have happened in the past, but it could happen.  Likely to happen? Nobody knows that yet, but possibilities exist.
