Steve rolled in a self help web site that he developed a long time ago into ICPA last year. He did not develop it and it just sort of died. Now he has developed a TV self help/motivational network apart from ICPA and I think we can assume that he may use some of the material he developed from the web site for the TV network, hence the partnership with ICPA as a content provider.
