Can someone explain to this newbie how the financing is non - dilutive? Luther posted on fb (for a few minutes before it was taken down) that the additional shares are restricted and are for the acquisition and other deals to be made at the show. How do we know the market won't see this as dilutive? How will this affect the impact of the planned buy back?
