I have never posted before though I have followed TECO for nearly three years.  I have been reading IHub during that time and have followed responses from many of you.  I don't post on boards due to my position as a professional money manager - I am audited frequently by federal agencies and have to be careful about not posting investment advice in public forums.  I am not an insider to TECO but have accumulated a position of 10.2 million shares.  I do maintain contact with the company and follow them closely.  I do consider this investment speculative but feel that it does have significant upside.  I appreciate the work that many of you do in finding and sharing information.  I will continue lurking from the sidelines and not post information.  I just wanted you to know that there are others out there that you know nothing about who have a significant interest in the success of TECO.
