This amendment Number 1 on Form 10-Q/A amends the Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2013, which the Registrant previously filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on August 19, 2013. The Registrant is filing the amendment for the purpose of correcting our valuators’ use of an incorrect interest rate and conversion rate for our non-cash convertible notes payable liability and applicable expense calculations.
