The TA confirmed the 6.2Bil share count today. The only thing I can think of is it hasn't hit them yet and an 8K will come out soon to say there was an increase if there in fact was. I'm also not sure if that was colluded with the original filing previously from Feb. 22nd of 2013.
We shouldn't jump the gun before we know EXACTLY what is going on. Although, increase the A/S to decrease the A/S is NOT an impossibility, just seems unlikely. I understand your frustration, so lets seek the answers we are looking for first, then make the decisions necessary to protect each of our own best interests.
