Well what about a CEO that promises one thing and then never delivers. Me personally, I would rather be informed about what is going on with a deal that was promoted long before the majority of these investors ever dropped a dime into this company. A deal that completely fell through today. You go ahead and take your CEO that doesn't do updates everyday (which I agree with). But I'll take the CEO that when a deal that he has promoted for months fails, he comes out and explains why it failed. There are going to be set backs and changes in plans, I understand that.
But think of it as if you were a baseball team owner. I go out and sign X player for Y amount of money. Now if X player doesn't come through with the production you have expected to him, you are going to be okay with the excuse "I just relied on the guys hitting around me to pick up my production"? No the fact of the matter is, people invested their hard earned money into this company expecting "product x" (GNC carrying their products) and haven't received any product at all. It may not have been you or a majority of other stock holders, but believe me, people invested into this company long before the marijuana prospect came along. If you want to be strictly in the MJ business, then hey, just come out and say "I don't really care for the supplement side anymore so anyone that invested for that reason, I'd get out."
