Last thought on this subject from me. OK, if I misread Bill's comment I am sorry but the fact remains characterizing it as "the deal fell through" is laying all the blame on FITX and giving GNC a pass. I won't do that since I haven't seen either party state "fault" as a reason. I could just as easily state "mutual beneficial decision" as a reason.
