The more I think about it, the only way this makes sense is if there was no deal, ever. He looked right in to that camera and said it's done, in production, will be delivered. That video is dated 2/10/14 4:25 PM EST, three weeks to the day.
This is looking more and more like a classic pump and dump. What we need is a GNC PR either confirming Bill's story or refuting it.
